Hello, I'm Linda.
I've always loved creating things. Give me a piece of furniture and a little imagination, and I'm already thinking about what it could become.
Since 2021, I've been painting and transforming furniture in my
New Hampshire studio, turning tired, dated pieces into colorful, artistic furniture that makes people smile.
I love color. I love the transformation. And honestly, I never really know where a piece is going to take me until I start.
After all these years, that's still my favorite part; taking something ordinary and turning it into something that feels completely unexpected.
Why Smooched Furniture?
I never ask for kisses from my family, for years I have asked for SMOOCHES!
So, it was the perfect name for my business! Now you know!
Smooching has become a "verb" in our family. No matter what is being worked on, from garage projects, to bedrooms, we say it's getting smooched!
I love making the process of furniture painting and transformation really easy for my clients. I can offer many design ideas to suit your needs. From Modern to BOHO to French, etc., I am up for the challenge. Selecting colors can be very difficult for many and I strive to make that process easier.
Smooches,
